Obituary of Clayton Lee Pelletier
Clayton Lee Pelletier, born June 19, 1963 in Regina, unexpectedly passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020 at the age of 57. Predeceased by his grandparents Napoleon and Marie Pelletier; 5 uncles; 2 aunts; sister Sybil Jeanine Pelletier; son Luke Smoker and one granddaughter Freedom.
Clayton is survived by his daughters Chantel , Jennifer , Megan ; sons Justin, Stanley, Kenneth and Madison ; 14 grandchildren; mother Sal (Jim) Johnston (Winnipeg, MB), forever mom/auntie Therese Delorme (Regina, SK); aunt Vera Big Plume (Tse Tina, AB); uncle Ross Allary (Whitewood, SK); sisters Heather Hecknar (Windsor, ON), Felicia Johnston (Winnipeg, MB), Kaila Johnston (Winnipeg, MB); brothers James Johnston III (Winnipeg, MB), Napoleon C. Johnston (Winnipeg, MB); bro/cousin Brady Delorme (Regina); special bosom buddy/bro Lenny Still (Regina); cousins Alex, Dolly, Twila, Melody, Sheila (son Danny) and many other relatives and friends in Siksika, AB, Kainai, AB and especially those in Regina, SK.
Clayton worked as a carpenter all his life and unfortunately had to take an early retirement due to ill health. He was a fun-loving person, never refused to share a dozen or so beers with his friends. He was kind and compassionate to anyone who asked for help and usually had someone who needed shelter staying with him. He held dearest in his heart, his grandchildren and everyone he called friend and will be missed by many.
Pallbearers: Kenny Pelletier, Madison Pelletier, Lenny Still, Brady Delorme, Ralph Wasacase and Rodney Henry. Honorary pallbearers: all those who come to say farewell. Happy journey, rest in peace my love.
