Clarence was a life long resident of Lakeshore (Maidstone Township).
Beloved husband of Frances (nee Kmec) for 54 years.
Loving father of Margaret & David Quaggiotto, Christopher & Jackie Ruggaber and Andrea & Graham Purdy.
Cherished grandpa of Elizabeth and Jessica Ruggaber; Anthony, Nicholas & Matthew Quaggiotto; Joshua & Mitchel Purdy.
Dear son of the late Wilfred & late Violet (nee Sequin).
Dear brother of the late Josephine & late Doug Fairbairn, late Nicholas & late Ella Mae Ruggaber, Theresa & late Dan Desrosiers, Gladys and late Ron Castanier, late Gordon and Henriette Ruggaber.
Special uncle to many nieces & nephews and great nieces & great nephews.
Clarence was the former co – proprietor of W.J. Ruggaber & Sons. He was past Grand Knight of Council 3305 and a former councilor in Maidstone Township.
Clarence enjoyed fishing, bowling, bingo and gardening but there was no greater love than spending it with his family (Aaron).
Many thanks to Mike (nurse from paramed), the many PSW’s from Bayshore and St. Elizabeth.
The family will be having a private Mass and Interment by invitation only during the pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson Society or Hospice of Windsor.
