Brent Matsuo Sano 1958 2020

Obituary of Brent Matsuo Sano
It is with profound sadness that I announce the sudden passing of my twin brother, Brent on Thursday, November 26, 2020 at the age of 61. Brent was born December 16, 1958 in Regina. He was predeceased by his parents Kanematsuo Ken Sano and Fusako Florence Sano (nee Tsujimoto); sisters Joyce and Nancy Sano; brothers Dennis, Gary, Regan, Robert “Bob”, and Glen most recently on September 16, 2020, all from Regina; as well several relatives in Toronto and Japan. Brent is survived by his loving twin brother Brian Sano and Brian’s special friend Yvonne Fournier of Regina; sister-in-law Debbie Sano (nee Gushulak) and her family in Atikokin, ON; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins in Ontario and Japan. Brent attended Douglas Park School and Central Collegiate.
He worked in the auto parts Industry for 24 years; Regina Transit for 23 years; as well as being a caregiver to family. Due to Covid-19 there will be no Funeral Service. Cremation has taken place. A Private Graveside Service will be held in Regina Cemetery, where Brent will be laid to rest alongside beloved family members who predeceased him. A special thank you to EMS, Regina Fire Dept, Regina Police, Coroner Jerry Bell and all of the doctors who cared for him. Flowers gratefully declined. Friends so wishing may make donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in memory of Brent. Online messages of condolence may be left at www.paragonfuneralservices.com
