Obituary of Brenda Marshall
MARSHALL- Brenda Sandra Susan (nee Villemaire) of St. Thomas, passed away with her husband John by her side at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at the age of 52. Brenda is survived by her children Nicholas Serre (Brooke Mazerolle) of Sturgeon Falls and Erin Marshall (Greg Sanders) of St. Thomas; by her father Rene (Claudette) Villemaire and her mother Dorothy Villemaire of Sturgeon Falls; by her mother-in-law Donna (Orive) Sauder of Kitchener; by her siblings Rene (Anne) Villemaire, Tom Villemaire (Dorothy LeBlanc), Debbie Villemaire (Doug Brim), Patrick (Alice) Villemaire all of Sturgeon Falls, and James (Louise) Villemaire of Elliot Lake; by her brother-in-law Jeremy (Monique) Marshall of Corunna; and by her many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her father-in-law Harold Paul Marshall and by her brother Timothy and his wife Tracey Villemaire. Brenda worked as a Developmental Services Worker at the Forward House in London. Brenda’s life was ended too soon. Her love for her family, zest for life, and never-quit attitude will be cherished by those who knew her, forever. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Sunday, November 1, 2020 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. COVID-19 protocols will be implemented. A private funeral service will follow. Cremation will take place after the funeral. If desired, donations to Crohn’s and Colitis Canada would be appreciated.
