Passed peacefully away Sunday August 2, 2020 surrounded by love with her family by her side, Bernice Oliver aged 71 of St John’s
Predeceased by her Parents Patrick and Ann Dunn; sisters Mary, Margaret, Shirley and Alice; brothers Robert, Don, Pat and infant brother Michael; parents-in-law Michael and Stella Oliver (nee Burke).
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of loving memories her husband of 51 years Kevin; only child Mike; daughter in-law Tracy; her Grandchildren whom she adored and loved, they were her pride and joy, Kelsey (Steven), Shayne (Rebecca), and Julie; brother Jack Dunn (Mary deceased) Oromocto NB; Sister in-law Mary Dunn; brothers in-law Billy (Isabelle) and Edward (Ann) as well as many nieces nephews and friends too numerous to mention.
She also leaves her many friends, nurses and caregivers at Agnes Pratt Home (Stella Burry). Thank you for caring for Bernice the past few years. Your love, compassion and kindness will never be forgotten. She dearly loved you all.
Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home LeMarchant Road Tuesday, August 4th from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Due to restrictions from COVID-19 a private Funeral Mass will take place from St. Teresa’s Church on Wednesday, August 5th with interment to follow at the Gates of Heaven Cemetery, St. John’s.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made to The Canadian Diabetes Association.
In the end it’s not the years in your life but the life in your years
