Obituary of Barbara Brisson
BRISSON- Barbara (nee Elley) of Aylmer passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at the age of 63. Barbara is survived by her husband Gilles Brisson; by her daughters Tammy Minor and Natasha Minor (Tom Ungar); by her grandson Konner Lidkea, whom she adored; by her siblings Reed (Louise) Elley, Mark (Lynda) Elley, Kirk (June) Elley, and Lorne (Liette) Elley. Predeceased by her parents John and Fern Elley. Barbara worked as a hairdresser for many years, as well as in the food service industry. She had a love for all animals, but her greatest love was for her family. Family and friends will be received at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm (COVID-19 protocols will be implemented). A Celebration of Barbara’s life will be held on a later date. If desired, donations to Whispering Hearts Horse Rescue Centre would be appreciated.
