GLUCKSTEIN, Barbara Gwendolyne (nee LINSKY), with her family by her side, Barbara Gluckstein passed away on December 15th, 2020 at the age of 86. Married to the love of her life for 67 years, her three children in happy relationships. She attended all of her grandchildren’s weddings and witnessed the births of her nine great-grandchildren who loved her so much. She loved volunteering for years at the Apotex Centre at Baycrest, in the Creative Arts Studio. Barbara Gluckstein, beloved daughter of the late Lillian and Arnold Linsky, wife of the late Larry Gluckstein. Loving mother and mother- in-law to Joyce and Jeff Leuchter, Terry and William Coldicott, and Brian Gluckstein and Gary Sarantopoulos. Dear sister and sister- in-law to Rona and Alan Applebaum. Devoted grandmother to Shira and Chris, Danielle and Jason, Ashley and Daniel, and Dustin and Tania. Devoted great-grandmother to Calla, Geneva, Mia, Nolan, Hartley, Hudson, Sullivan, Henri and Magnolia. Devoted Aunt and Great-Aunt. We will miss her so very much. A special thank you to the caring team at Sunrise of Thornhill. A private family service will be held.
