Austin P. “Buddy” Holland
1945 – 2020
Austin Patrick “Buddy” Holland, husband of the late Patricia (Murdoch) Holland of Glenwood passed away at his residence on May 28, 2020 at the age of 74.
Born in Chatham on December 6, 1945 he was the son of the late Patrick and Janet (Godfrey) Holland. He was supervisor for DND for many years. He attended St. Michael’s Basilica as often as he could.
Buddy is survived by his daughter, Susan MacDonald (Terry) of Glenwood; son, Joe Holland (Joyce) of Black River Bridge; three grandchildren: Brody, Jeremy and Jordan; sister, Marjorie Howse (Richard) of Bedford, NS and brother, Phil Holland (Brenda) of Glenwood. He was predeceased by his parents, wife Patricia (Murdoch) Holland.
There will be no visitation held at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at a later date. Interment will be held in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
