Ann Ducharme 2020

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a lovely and wonderful lady on June, 28 2020 at the age of 79 years.
Loving wife and best friend to Richard (Dick) Ducharme. Beloved mother to Susan (Brian) Roger, Sean (Katherine) O’Hara, Patrick O’Hara, Christine (Ray) Lui, Mary Beth Taylor (Mel), David (Mona) Ducharme and Nicole Ducharme. Precious Nana to Megan, Kassandra, Michael, Jessica, Kayla, Justin, Samantha, Harrison and Hayden. Dear sister to Patricia (David) Aitken and Joan (Gerry) Robinson. Ann will be missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, especially her shopping buddies.
Ann was a Registered Nurse, retired from PARA MED as an area manager in the Oakville region. Ann had a passion for curling and golf and was an avid sports fan especially for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Detroit Tigers. If you so desire memorial donations to Hospice of Windsor would be appreciated by the family. Ann’s family would like to send a very special thank you to Windsor Regional Hospital Cancer Clinic and Hospice of Windsor. Everyone’s kindness and compassion shown towards Ann and our family will always be remembered. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Ann’s life will be held at a later date when time allows.
