SPYCE, Allen Sydney
It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of an amazing man Allen Sydney Spyce, peacefully at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital on December 17, 2020 in his 71st year. He will be greatly missed by his children, Nicole Spyce, Mathew Spyce (Karen) and Sarah Stevens (Jim). Cherished grandpa of Camren, Abbey and Tristan, Chase, Brayden. He will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and cousins. Loving brother of Lucy Bylow (Scott) and his late sister Margaret Johnston (Dale). He is now at peace with his parents Sydney and Bernice Spyce. Al will be missed by his many friends and he cherished their shared memories over the years. He spoke passionately about his memories and adventures with his outdoor friends. The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors in the ICU department for all they did. Special thank you to nurses Felicia, Leah and Lexi for your unwavering kindness and love towards our father. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to the Canadian Lung Association which can be made through the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia (705) 325-2231.
