Peacefully, at St-Mary’s Hospital on November 30, 2019.
Beloved husband of Terry (née Teresa Lewandowski). Cherished father of Philip (Jean), Martin (Chantal) and Alex. Fun-loving grandfather of Jamie, Abby and Annabelle. Dear brother of Vera Blyszczak (Walter). Predeceased by his brother Wally (Elise Ferri). He will be sadly missed by cousin Mildred Ross, many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. He will be fondly remembered by his students who affectionately called him Mr. Z during his teaching career.
Resting at Yves Légaré, 2590 rue de Rouen E, Montréal, Qc H2K 1M6.
Visitation on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Panachyda at 7:30 PM.
Funeral will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at St-Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church, 2388 Iberville, Montreal, Qc H2K 3C6 at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St-Michael’s Ukrainian Catholic Parish would be greatly appreciated.
Terry offered his gift of leadership to this Parish since his youth and was God’s faithful servant all his life. He was a model of generosity and love. Special thanks to all the nurses on the 5th floor Main at St-Mary’s Hospital.
