Sharon Elizabeth Margaret Webber (Nee: Melanson) 1955-2019
It is with very fond memories, that the family of Sharon Webber announces her peaceful passing on December 16, 2019 at her home in Winterton, NL after a brief illness. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held at a later time for family and friends.
Born in Newcastle, New Brunswick to Raymond and Terry Melanson (Nee: Wright) on July 10, 1955; she is pre deceased by her father Raymond and brothers Christopher and Kenneth Melanson, and her father in law John Webber. Lovingly remembered by her husband John and daughter Tonya, as well as all members of her extended family and friends.
Sharon had a profound positive impact on those around her, and would always be there to provide a helping hand, a loving hug, or just cup of tea and a chat. During her life she was an active volunteer in various organizations. Her love for family and friends was un-yielding. She was a firm believer in leaving things better than what she started with. A long-time lover of the arts, she was an avid reader and enjoyed many hours in studio creating her works.
“I am at peace, my soul’s at rest. There is no need for tears, for with your love I was blessed. Do no dwell upon my death, but celebrate my life.”
On behalf of myself and Tonya, I am unable to find appropriate words to express my appreciation to all those who made contact with us. Rest assured you provided great comfort during this difficult time.
