Marlene Alarie (Weir)
Passed away peacefully on Friday, December 20, 2019 at Pioneer Manor in Sudbury, at the age of 85.
Predeceased by her husband Laurent, her grandson Brandon and her parents Charles and Hilda Weir.
Loving mother of Mark Alarie (Anne) from Timmins, Wade Alarie (Diane) of India and Brian Alarie (Karen) of Garson.
Dear grandmother of Aaron, Raoul, Joana, Jonathan, Shawn, and Michael.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27, 2019 at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 27 from 12 pm – 2pm at Lessard-Stephens Funeral Home.
A reception will follow the funeral service.
Interment will take place at Greenhill Cemetery in Matheson, ON in the spring of 2020.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Alzheimer Society, the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Timmins Food Bank will be greatly appreciated.
