ADAM, Lois
1926 – 2019
Lois Adam passed away peacefully on December 24 at 93 years of age. She is survived by her four children, Susan (Russ) Adam, Karen (Reid) Toreson, Dean Adam and Drew (Tara) Adam; 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Lois was predeceased by her parents, Dean and Lillie Middleton and her husband of 47 years, Edward James (Ted) Adam.
A lifelong resident of Edmonton, Lois was very active in the I.O.D.E. and a proud member of both the Y.W.C.A. and Y.M.C.A.
For the last 9 years, Lois resided at Rosedale. On behalf of the family, we wish to express our sincerest gratitude to all staff involved in her care.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, January 3, 2019 at Foster & McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011 114 Street, Edmonton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation or Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
