John Poelman
Peacefully at his home with his loving family by his side on Monday, December 2, 2019. John Poelman of Addison at the age of 74 years. Beloved son of the late Tjeert and Jetske (nee Kloosterman) Poelman. Predeceased by his wife Jane (Hoesktra). Loving husband of Letty (nee Schutten) Poelman. Father of Christine, Chad, Trevor, Shawn (Michelle) Ryan (Michelle) Ryan Burns (Katrina), Lindsey, Gauvin (Will). Grandfather of Phillip, Ashley, Ryleigh, Lucas, Clare and Emma. John will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
A celebration of life will be held at the Centennial Road Church, 3545 C. R. 27 RR2 Lynn on Saturday, December 7 at 1pm.
