Harold passed away peacefully in hospital with Linda at his side on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband of Linda Dillon. Dear brother of Sam and foster brother of (the late Leonard). Dear brother-in law of Bev. (Stewart), John (Debbie), Marvin (late Mary), William (the late Hazel). Son of the late Fred and Clara Rowe and son-in-law of the late Randolph and Betty Dillon. Dearest uncle to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother-in-law Barry and sisters-in-law Carolyn, Louise and Brenda.
