With sadness, we announce the passing of Augusto on December 22, 2019 at the age of 90. Beloved husband for 63 years to Clara. Cherished father of Rita (Marcello Vivado), Sandra (Donato Antonucci), and Dino (Karen). Proud nonno of Jason (Nivalda), Christina (Henrique), Eric, Zoe, Max, Kyle, and Rachel and great-grandfather of Jacob, Nicholas, Matthew, Sebastian and soon to be baby Sa. Visitations will be held at Bernardo Funeral Homes (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Friday December 27 from 2-4, 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Charles Borromeo Church (811 Lawrence Ave. W., at Dufferin St.) on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Private cremation to follow. In memory of Augusto, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
