Obituary of Walter Levi House
It is with great sadness that the family of Walter (Bud) House of Hawkes Bay, NL announces his passing at the Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the age of 87. Walter leaves to mourn his children: Raymond (Madonna) House, Barbara (Paul) Atkins, Margaret (Shawn) Bishop, Laverne House (Murray) and Muriel House; brother & sisters: Lawrence (Jane), Rita (Cyril), Ida (Howard); sisters-in-law: Eileen, Cassie, Sarah; grandchildren: Veronica, Vernon, Jerry, Tyson, Tony, Greg, Ginelle, Kayla, Kenda, Ava, Chance; great grandchildren: Melissa, Darcey, Dylan, Brooke, Brianna, Brady, Julie, Landon, Jace, Madison, Avery, Katie, Jayden; great great grandchildren: Janna, Trevor, Reid, Michael, D.J., Zack; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was predeceased by wife Audrey and parents Asher & Muriel House, brothers: Harley, Winston and sister Edna. The family invites friends and family to the visitation at Bethel Pentecostal Tabernacle in Hawkes on Monday 2-4PM & 7-9PM, a funeral service will take place at the church on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 2:00PM. Interment will follow in River of Ponds Pentecostal Cemetery. Donations to a charity of ones or flowers may be made in Memorium.
The family wishes to extend their eternal gratitude to all the staff at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre for the care and kindness they showed to Walter during his stay there. Their attention was above and beyond. The family also want to thank volunteers Nelson Plowman, Madeline Breen and Olive Genneaux for their visitations and dedication. The family entrusted the arrangements to Fillatre Funeral Homes Ltd. Port au Choix.
