WONNACOTT: Shirley Ann (nee Lefevre) –
Born July 14, 1947 in Windsor, ON
Hallelujah, I have spread my wings and I am home!
Shirley joined her Heavenly Angels on Saturday, November 23rd, 2019.
Treasured wife of George Wonnacott.
Loving mother to Charlene & Murray, Cherysh, Cornell, Kevin & Shari, Keith; Maureen, Kathryn, Mike & Dawn, Junior, Tammy & Rick.
Adored Grandmother to 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Beloved daughter of Lawrence Lefevre & Eleanore (nee Garrant).
Dear sister to Lorraine & Bob, Ken & Dianne.
Adored by countless friends and co-workers.
Shirley retired from the City of Windsor.
She was an artistic and creative light, and a doting Mom to her fur-babies.
She radiated kindness to everyone.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Thursday, November 28, 2019 from 7:00 – 9:00pm and on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 10:00am until the Celebration of Shirley’s Life at 11:00am with Rev. Paul McPhail officiating. Private family interment to follow at St. Thomas Anglican Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, appreciated donations can be made to the Spina Bifida Association or a Charity of your choice.
Donations made in memory of Shirley to the Spina Bifida Association would be appreciated.
