Mannette, Mabel Agatha – Age 74,
of Riverview Home, Riverton, died Monday, November 25, 2019 in the
Riverview Home. Born May 2, 1945 at Larry’s River, she was a
daughter of the late Joseph J. and Mary Elizabeth (Pellerine)
Mannette.
She is survived by two sisters, Pearlie Ann (Lorne)
MacFarlane, Dartmouth and Evelyn (Thomas) Broussard, Pomquet; three
brothers, Norman, New Harbour, David, Antigonish and Edward (Sandra),
Larry’s River; many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great
grandnieces and a great grandnephew.
She was predeceased by her parents and a brother Douglas. The
family would like to thank the staff at the Riverview Home. They truly
are a special group of people. Cremation has taken place and there
will be no visitation by request. Funeral Mass will be held in St.
Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, Larry’s River, at 11 a.m. Saturday,
November 30, 2019 with Father Callistus Abazie officiating. Burial
will be in the parish cemetery.
Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or
the Riverview Home, Riverton or charity of your choice.
