Obituary
Prior, Lucille (Nee Serre) (November 27, 1932-November 27, 2019) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Lucille on her 87th birthday. Predeceased by her loving husband George, her parents Emile and Blanche as well as all of her siblings Gerard, Fern, Marcel, Rita, Yvette, Claudette and Georgette. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Barbara (Robert), Diana (John), Robert (Mary-Ann), Greg (Cindy). Adored and loved by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Lucille enjoyed her leisure time of crafting, knitting, crochet and most of all trying her luck at bingo. She was also a member of the Local Branch 23 and Branch 445 Callendar Legion. The family is receiving friends at Hillside Funeral Services, 362 Airport Rd. on Monday December 2nd from 2 until 4 pm and 6 until 8 pm. A service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday December 3rd at the funeral home. A special thank you to all the “angels” working at Cassellholme. Our heartfelt gratitude to Bobbie Anne for her devotion towards our mom. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations for Cassellholme home for the aged.
