Passed away suddenly, November 8, 2019. Karen was born in Schneidemuel, East Germany to Johannes and Erika Weissenbach. She was predeceased by her father Johannes and is survived by husband Ken, her mother Erika, her aunt Ingrid in Germany, her mother-in-law Ruth Forrest; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Jim and Ingrid Forrest and their children Shannon (Kent Wilson) and Ainslie (Richard).
A service in honour and celebration of Karen’s life will be held at the Irvine Memorial Chapel at Roselawn, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 2 pm followed by a reception.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care will be gratefully acknowledged.
