Passed away at home in Hinchinbrooke on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, Mr. John Palmer Fraser aged 91 years. Predeceased by his three brothers, Allan, Robert and Hugh Fraser, and by his wife Sheila Catherine Cairns. He leaves to mourn his children, Ian, Sarah and Mark Fraser, and his grandchildren Mary, Roman, Sullivan and Will. A memorial Service will take place at a later date.
