Joanne Irene Bernard (Gabriel) passed away
suddenly on Sunday, October 27th. She was a kind soul that left a
lasting and loving impression on all she met. Joanne was a very caring
mother to Richard Anthony, and Curtis Michael.
She is survived by her sisters Christine Gabriel,
Betty Leon, Donna Aucoin, Hope Bennett, and her brother Tony Gabriel.
She is predeceased by her parents Marion and Walter Gabriel, her
sister Lilian Kocsis. She is also predeceased by her brothers-in-law
Robert Boone, Dave Leon, and William Aucoin. Joanne’s
closest friend Anne Dickinson and her nephews Sye, and Harold will
miss her dearly.
By her request, she has been cremated, and she
will be placed at St. Anthony’s Cemetery
privately.
Bishops Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road,
Fredericton, NB, have been entrusted with her arrangements. If so
desired, donations in Joanne’s memory may be made to a
charity of the donor’s choice.
