Fred Creed
Creed, Frederick L.:
Passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at Freeport Hospital at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Linda for 53 years. Loving dad of David (Kara) and Jennifer (Mark) Wolle. Cherished grandpa to Emma and Maggie Wolle, Parker, Spencer and Lucy Creed. Dear brother of Don (Ginny), Ruth Collette and Dorothy Payette. He will also be greatly missed by nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
Fred was an Elder at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church and a dedicated volunteer at the church. He also volunteered for many years as a hockey coach and was a passionate Health and Safety Consultant and Trainer in his professional career.
Fred’s family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Masonic Memorial Service at 5:45 p.m.) on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. The Memorial Service will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 54 Queen St. North Kitchener, on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 11:00 am. Reception to follow in the church hall.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
