Cameron, Carolyn Martha, Age 69
of Country Harbour, Guysborough County passed away in St.
Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish on Friday, November
22, 2019. Born in Kenzieville, she was a daughter of the late John and
Lydia (Rhynold) Jones. Carolyn worked at the former Bickerton Fish
Plant. She is survived by sons, Keith, Salmon River; Wendell Johnson,
Truro; brother, John, Grande Prairie, Alberta; sister, Mary (Jim)
Rhynold, Stormont; several nieces, nephews and their families; special
nephew, Willie Cameron. She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest;
sisters, Shirley MacIntosh and Alice Hill. In keeping with
Carolyn’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral
service. Interment will be held on Monday, November 25 at 1 p.m. in
Stormont Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the IWK Health
Centre Foundation. The family would like to express their sincere
thanks and appreciation to the homecare nurses, doctors, nurses and
staff of St. Martha’s Regional Hospital ICU and Palliative
Care for the wonderful care given to Carolyn. Funeral arrangements are
under the dignified and compassionate care of G.W. Giffin Funeral
