1944-2019
Carol Dianne MacMullin (nee Brown) passed away in her 75th
year, November 13, 2019 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, after a
courageous battle with cancer.
Carol is survived by her family, Carl MacMullin, Woodstock
NB, son Jeffrey MacMullin (Kim), Fredericton NB, and daughter Jan
Cowper (Gary), Quebec City, QC. Loving “Nannie
Mac” to Andrew Cowper (Sara), Goosebay, Labrador, Janelle Cowper
(Thomas Gillies), Moncton NB, Kiandra MacMullin and Alex MacMullin,
Fredericton, NB. Great Nannie Mac to one great grandson
James Cowper. Carol is also survived by her two sisters,
Sylvia McGuire (late George), and Lynda Markey (Richard) both of
Woodstock as well as several nieces and nephews.
Carol was predeceased by her parents James Brown, Bill and
Eileen Williams, and her brother Brian Williams.
The family would like to express their deep appreciation to
the doctors and nurses of the Upper River Valley Hospital, especially
the Oncology department, as well as the doctors and staff at both the
DECH in Fredericton and the Saint John Regional Hospital in Saint
John. In addition the family thanks the extra mural nurses for their
dedicated care and kindness.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 2
PM at the Christ’s Church Anglican
Church, Lower Road, Woodstock. The family
will receive visitors at the church on Tuesday from 12:30 PM until the
time of the service. Interment immediately following in the adjoining
cemetery. Rev. Harold Boomer and Rev. Dale MacDonald will be
officiating.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the
River Valley Cancer Support Group.
