Yvonne Elsie Weber (nee Whetham), of Normanby Township, passed away at home peacefully on Thursday, October 24th, 2019 in her 79th year. Remembered by her beloved husband of 58 years Ron Weber. Loving mother of Jackie Weber of Kitchener, Brian Weber of Dawson City, Yukon, Joanne and her husband Mark Byers of Holstein, Bryce Weber and his wife Cherry of Cambridge, and mother-in-law of Rob Bye of Southgate Township. Cherished grandmother of Davin (Heidi) and Dalton Clifford, Robin Weber (Nicole), Ashley (Brock), Justin (Rebecca) and Meagan Byers, Alexa (Andrew) and Sam Bye, Aidan, Dawson and Ella Weber. Great-grandmother of Amsley, Bryvin, Bentley, Marshall and Brooklynn. Remembered by brother Merv Whetham of Edmonton, Alberta, extended family and friends. Predeceased by daughter Janice Bye, grandsons Brendan Byers, Mason Bye, parents Norm and Elsie Whetham and siblings Ruth, Della, Iva, Evelyn, Roxy, Viola, Lloyd, Lyle and Jim. Friends may call at the England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest on Sunday, October 27th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A funeral service celebrating Yvonne’s life will be held at Mount Forest United Church, 175 Queen Street East, Mount Forest on Monday at 11 a.m.. Interment at Cochrane Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Letterbreen United Church, Canadian Foodgrains Bank or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
