Obituary of Annie(Nan) H. Kerr
Kerr, Annie(Nan) R.N. passed away in New Glasgow NS on October 14, 2019.
A proud nonagenarian, Nan loved a good laugh, word puzzles, and table tennis. She told an excellent joke and lived an enthusiastic, energetic life. Her nursing career took her from midwifery in Ireland to NC and to the Aberdeen from where she retired.
She was predeceased by husband Dan.
She leaves to mourn her loving daughter Helen, family, good friends and great neighbours. Angels Artina and Shirley led an excellent care team at home during her illness.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or services. Burial at a later date in Ireland. Donations to any charity or reach out in kindness to help others as was Nan’s spirit.
