1937 – 2019
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Vera Maria Dinn announce her passing at Holletts Retirement Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on September 21, 2019 at the age of 82. Vera is predeceased by her husband, Raymond J. Dinn. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her son, Jerry (Madge) of Crooked Lake, NL, and daughter, Diane Snelgrove (Gordon) of Mount Pearl, NL. Also leaving to mourn are her grandchildren, Rae-Ann Penton (Jamie), Ryan Dinn (Matt Fox), and Kaila Harnum, great-grandchildren, Taylor and Holly Penton, brother, Harold (Bud) Brake, sister-in-law, Audrey Abbott (Ross), and brothers-in-law, Maynard Dinn (Brenda) and Wallace Poole (Ruth). Pastor Beverley Harnum will conduct the funeral service at Central Funeral Homes Chapel in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Flowers gratefully accepted by the family or donations may be made in her memory to the Lionel Kelland Hospice. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes.
