Schweyer: Robert Elmer “Bob”
At the West Haldimand General Hospital, Hagersville on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband of 64 years to Shirley (Fess) Schweyer. Loving father of Faye & Gary Atkinson, Gary & Patricia, Blair & Jeanette, Cheryl & Patrick Clause, David & Cheryl, and Mark & Sonya. Dear grandpa of 20 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter. Brother of Rev. Douglas & Joyce. Brother-in-law of Muriel Harris. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Bob was retired from the Canadian Gypsum Company, Hagersville after 45 years and during that time operated his dairy & beef farm as well. The family will honour his life with visitation at Trinity Lutheran Church, 30 Erie Ave., N., Fisherville on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. where funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 11 am.
