Obituary of Kenneth Earl Snodgrass
Surrounded by his loving family, Kenneth E. Snodgrass of Saint John passed away at Bobby’s Hospice on Saturday, September 28, 2019. Born August 17, 1959 in Saint John, he was a son of the late Howard and Sarah (Dunham) Snodgrass.
Kenny worked numerous jobs throughout his lifetime. He enjoyed roaming the streets of Saint John with his many friends and often could be found in the City Market.
Kenny is survived by his son, Ryan Chappel of Saint John; three brothers: John of Saint John, Charlie of Saint John, and Arthur (Tracey) of Waterborough, NB; four sisters: Donna Chipchase (Fred) of Edmonton, AB, Winnie Ellis (David) of Grand Bay-Westfield, Marlene Morton and Marion Snodgrass, both of Saint John; several nephews and nieces. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Ardith Snodgrass; and brothers, Howard Snodgrass (Anne-Marie) and Willie Snodgrass (Melvina).
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 1st & 2nd, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 at 12 noon from Brenan’s Chapel. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
