Janet Graves
1949-2019
It is with sadness that we announce the death of Janet Graves
on September 25, 2019 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born on
January 17, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Francis Earl and
Jennie Marie (Munroe) Graves.
Janet loved spending time with her family, especially her
grandsons, who were the light of her life. She also liked bowling with
the ladies league and going on trips to provincials with the girls.
Bingo was another hobby she loved spending her time
doing.
Survived by her daughter, Mary Elizabeth (Graves) Roy;
son-in-law, Brian David Roy; two wonderful grandsons, Tanner Mitchell
and Zachary Corbin Joseph Roy; sisters, Ann Estabrooks, Rita McInnis
(Scott), Valerie Tulk (John); brother, Dennis Graves (Carol); nephews
and nieces, Theresa Hayward (David), Cathy Denney, Leo
Connell (Jennifer), Patrick Estabrooks, Chris Estabrooks, Tanya Malloy
(Shane), Brendon Graves; great nieces and nephews, Madeline
Denney, Russell Denney, Madison Hayward, Cameron Hayward, Jack Malloy,
Hank Malloy, Sarah Connell, Ryan Connell and Laura
Connell.
In addition to her parents, Janet is predeceased by her
sisters, Charlotte Madeline Connell and Mary Elizabeth Graves; as well
as a brother-in-law, Joe Estabrooks
A gathering to celebrate Janet’s life will be held
at the family home, 30 Colton Dr. Haneytown on Saturday, September 28,
2019 from 1 – 4 pm. For those who wish, memorial donations
may be made to Diabetes Association or Hospice House
