Erith, William Humphrey “Bill” – Age 75 of Elderbank. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William Humphrey “Bill” Erith in the evening of July 12, 2019. Bill passed away peacefully in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Bill was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He immigrated to Canada with his family at a young age.
Bill is survived by his sister, Lorna Drage, U.K.; his daughter, Holly Jane Erith (Keith Ellwood); his son, William Anthony (Ami Faughnan), Dartmouth; and his grandchildren, James and Alex.
He spent 38 years working for Air Canada, and completed his career as Manager of Technical Services, Dorval, Que. He retired to Nova Scotia to be close to his family. There will be a Celebration of Life in the fall in Nova Scotia. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill’s memory to a charity of your choice.
