After a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his family on Friday, August 23, 2019 at the Kemptville District Hospital. He will be sadly missed by his loving family. Loving husband of Martha (nee Marcotte). Cherished father to Debbie Billings (Ray) of Merrickville and Wendy (Tim Gawthrop) of Oxford Mills. Doting papa of Emma Billings; Theodore and Sierra McKenzie. Dear uncle of Bonnie. Predeceased by his parents John and Gwendolyn Laing. Family and Friends are invited to visit the Kemptville Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 805 Prescott Street, Kemptville on Tuesday, 27th, 2019 from 2 pm to 4 pm & 6 pm to 8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday at 1 pm. Donations in memory of Terry to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
