Rita Gaudet
1923-2019
Rita Gaudet, 95, of Foyer Pauline, Bouctouche and formerly of
Notre-Dame, passed away peacefully at the Foyer Pauline, on Thursday
August 29, 2019. Born in Notre-Dame she was the daughter of the late
Alexandre and the late Henriette (LeBlanc) Gaudet.
She will be sadly missed by her sisters; Thérèse Saulnier of
Moncton, Irma Saulnier of Bristol, Conn, a sister-in-law, Rhéa of
Moncton and several nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by
her niece and goddaughter Gemma LeBlanc who was always there to assist
her.
Rita was predeceased by two sisters; Edna, Jeanne and three brothers;
Ernest, Omer and Alcide.
Visitations will be held at the Notre-Dame du Sacré-Coeur Roman
Catholic Church Slumber Room, in Notre-Dame on Monday September 2,
2019 from 2 to 3:45pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at the Notre-Dame
Church on Monday September 2, 2019 at 4:00pm. Interment will be in the
parish cemetery.
In Rita’s memory a donation can be made to the Parish of
Notre-Dame.
