Obituary for Mrs. Phyllis Margaret Taylor
Peacefully with family by her side at Hospice Simcoe in Barrie on Tuesday August 13th, 2019 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of James for 61 years. Loving mother of Karen (Dan), Bill, Tim (Karen), Julie (Craig), Johnny (Shannon) and the late Kevin. Proud grandmother of Jim, Kristen, Jeffrey, Sadie, Ashley, Billy, Brendan, Jordan, Jacob, Sydney, Jessica, Brooklyn, Cameron and great grandmother of Forrest, Charlie, Carter, Scarlett and Lawson. Dear sister of Audry, Rita and the late Earl and Harold. Will be sadly missed by many extended family members and friends. Funeral Mass will take place at the St. John Vianney Parish, 13 Baldwin Ln., Barrie on Tuesday, August 20th, 2019 at 11 a.m. followed by a reception inside the Parish Hall. In keeping with Phyllis’s wishes, cremation has taken place. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Phyllis’s memory may be made to Hospice Simcoe and are greatly appreciated by the family.
