Obituary of Katharine Klassen
Katharine Klassen (Janzen) went home to the Lord on August 17, 2019 at Tabor Manor in St. Catharines at 96 years of age. A joyous reunion with her husband Johann Klassen (2018) and children Anny (1952) and David (1959). Remembering her with loving gratitude for her endless self sacrificing love and warm smile are her children Hannah Klassen (Maged Mehanni) , Annita Thiessen (Henry) , Rudy Klassen (Gerda), and Harry Klassen; grandchildren Christina, Stephen, and Benjamin Mehanni; Randy Thiessen (Heather), Brian Thiessen (Brianna), Lynette Doerksen (Rob), Derek Thiessen (Nadia); Daniel Klassen (Olivia), Katie, Isaiah and Jonathan Klassen; Michelle DiPardo (Michael) and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at Scott St. MB Church, Tuesday, Aug 20 from 6-8 pm and funeral service at the church Wednesday, Aug. 21 at 11am.
Donations may be made to Radiant Care Tabor Manor or to Scott St. M.B. Church.
