Passed away peacefully at the Lennox and Addington County Hospital in Napanee, with his loving family by his side on Saturday, August 3, 2019. Charles Joseph McMullen of Tamworth at age 81. Beloved husband of Sheila McMullen (Cronin) of over 58 years and cherished father of Steve (Patricia) of Gores Landing, ON; Danny (Lori) of Cold Lake, Alberta and Ronnie (Sandra) of Kingston, ON. Dear brother of Rita Murray of Kingston; Mary Brady of Napanee; Gerald (Bonnie) of Tamworth and brother-in-law of Sharon McMullen of Napanee. Predeceased by his parents Charlie and Rosella McMullen and by his brother Vince McMullen. He will also be missed by his 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren and by the Cronin family. The family will receive friends at the HANNAH FUNERAL HOME in Tamworth on Thursday evening, August 8 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of the Assumption in Erinsville on Friday, August 9 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Assumption Cemetery. Memorial donations by cheque to the Assumption Cemetery or by cheque or credit card to the Lennox and Addington County Hospital Foundation (Palliative Care) would be appreciated by the family.
