James “Jim” Gordon Coverley, of Kincardine, passed away with family by his side at Chapman House, Owen Sound, on Thursday, August 22, 2019 in his 73rd year.
Beloved husband of Sue Coverley (née Beadle).
Cherished father of Cari-Anne (Vince) Deciccio of Gores Landing, Traci (Glen) Jewer of Oshawa, Michael (Tammy) Catherwood of Vittoria and Paul (Stacey) Catherwood of Simcoe.
Loving grandfather of Kyle, Matt, Katie, Jenny, Faith, Liam and Chelsea.
Dear brother of Dan Coverley of Dunsford, Joe (Anna) Coverley of Ingleside, Rose (John) Brown of Courtice and Donald (Joan) Coverley of Nestleton.
Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, on Sunday, August 25th, 2019 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, on Monday, August 26th, at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Tina Drysdale officiating.
Final resting place, Kincardine Cemetery.
Memorial donations to Centre of Hope Victory Church (Building Fund) or Chapman House – Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
