Nancy Jackson – of Listowel, passed away peacefully with family by her side, at LHSC University Hospital, London on Sunday August 18, 2019 at the age of 54. Nancy was a school crossing guard for many years where she enjoyed getting to know all the school children that she kept safe. She loved doing puzzles and enjoyed socializing with her family and friends.
Beloved spouse of Sally Summerfield whom she married in 2006. Loving daughter of Hugh and the late Margaret (Ferrier) Jackson. Dear sister of Sandra Henry (Wayne). Special aunt of Christopher (Katrina) and Craig (Jenn) and great-aunt of Owen, Trenton, Gage, Malynne and Makinley. Fondly remembered by her aunts, uncles, cousins, the extended Summerfield family and many Canadian and American friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to share their memories at Brenneman Funeral Home, 141 John Street, Atwood (519-356-2382), on Tuesday August 20 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service to celebrate Nancy’s life will be held on Wednesday August 21, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Brian Hymers officiating. Interment in Elma Centre Cemetery, Atwood at a later date.
