Peacefully passed away at home on Saturday, August 24, 2019 in his 82nd year, surrounded by the love of his family. Beloved husband of Ruth (nee Cranston) for 59 years. Much loved father of Tony (Elaine) and Kim (David). Cherished grandfather of Amy (Caleb); Bradley (Kayla); Mirisha and Taylor and great-grandfather of Cameron and Cole. Dear brother of Gerald (Donna); Sadie (Ray); Ted (Caroline); Barb (Gord) and the late Gladys (late Cliff). Brother-in-law of Joyce (Bob); Sandra (John); Doug (Betty) and the late Ken and Dan. The family will receive friends at the HANNAH FUNERAL HOME in Napanee at 123 Dundas Street West (613-354-3341) on Thursday, August 29 from 9:30 a.m., followed by Service in the Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Cremation with private interment at Stirling Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations (by cheque please) to the Empey Hill United Church or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
