WILLIACY, Edna – Passed peacefully at her residence on Tuesday August 20, 2019. Edna (nee Hart) Williacy of Caressant Care Nursing Home, Woodstock and formerly of Ojibway Street, Woodstock in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late William “Bill” M. Williacy (2004). Dear mother to Stephen (Marlene), Paul (Brenda), Kim Hendershott (Rick) and Janice DiMarco (Lucio). Loving grandmother of Tracy (Kevin), Jon, Jennifer (Pete), Amber (Josh), Sheryl (Ray), Trevor, Daniel (Shawna), Justin (Kelly), Kyle and great grandmother of eight. Edna is survived by her siblings; Gerald Hart, Lawrence Hart, Mabel Bennett, Sandra Marsh, Linda Ball, Shirley MacKenzie and by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings; Alex, Jimmy, Ray, Doug, Wallace, Ron, Hugh, Mariam and Jean. Edna was a longtime member of Oxford Baptist Church and will be missed by her many friends and fellow parishioners. Friends are invited to join the family for a time of visitation on Friday August 23, 2019 from 6-8 pm at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock, 519-539-0004. A private service will be held later. Interment will take place in the Hillview Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or Sakura House would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home or online at www.brockandvisser.com
