Dorothy Downey , Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, August 15, 2019 surrounded by family. Predeceased by parents Joseph and Phyllis Andrews, husband George, daughter Sherri and sister Marjorie. Brother in Law Bill, and Sister in law Maude.
Leaving to mourn, son Rodney (Susan), sisters Evelyn (Sandy) Mugford, and Joyce (Harry deceased) Smith, brother Jim (Renee) Andrews, and son-in law Terry (Betsy) Sooley. Also, her pride and joy, 2 grandchildren Nicholas and Kendall.
Resting at Greens Funeral Home, Winterton. Visitation Saturday August 17, 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service Sunday August 18, at 2 pm, from the Salvation Army Citadel, Winterton. Internment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Winterton. Followed by a reception at the Salvation Army Citadel.
