WAY, Dominic Gregory (Jigs) passed away suddenly at his home in Orillia on Saturday August 17, 2019 at the age of 73. Loving son of the late Patrick and Madeline Way. Dear father of Jason (Jana Johnson) of Kingston, Jeanette Gaffney (Brad) of Brockville, Shannon Cork of Napanee, Shane (Amy) of Calgary, Alberta. Grandfather of Sarah and Travis Gaffney; Lucy, Carter and Zachary Cork; Rose, Jack, and Paige Way. Dear brother of Mary Eleanor, Michael (Carol), Estella Fencott (Bob), JoAnne Bushuk (Mike) and Jane Foran (Jim). Predeceased by brothers William (Bill) and Joseph (Joe). Sadly missed by many nieces & nephews.
Greg enjoyed his “yoga” exercise classes, a good game of euchre, cribbage or backgammon, especially if he won. He was an avid walker and had put many miles on his new hip. Greg was easily recognized by his signature cowboy hats and cowboy boots. Many hours were spent with his “porch buddies” Don and Bryan, discussing the events of the day.
