Delmar Homulos

Mr. Delmar Homulos of Lethbridge, beloved husband and friend to Mrs. Rosalie Homulos, passed away at St. Michaels Palliative care after a lengthy illness on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at the age of 82 years.
Del was born February 18, 1937 at St. Michaels Hospital in Lethbridge to George and Beth Homulos. He attended school at St. Aloysius and graduated from St. Josephs High School. He worked for AGT for thirty- four and a half years, and later in life for Chinook Arch for 15 years.
Besides his beloved wife Rosalie, Del is survived by four children, Kelly Davis, Rhonda (Derrick) Shearer, Charlene Homulos, and Dean Homulos; grandchildren, Christy, Adam, Kaitlyn, and Caroline; great grandchildren, Johnny, Hailey, Isabelle, and Jaxon; Rosalie’s children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, brothers Ron (Fran) Homulos, Denny (Elaine) Homulos, Garry (Marilyn) Homulos; sister Marlene (Len) Rowles and their families, and Lynn McCallum who Del thought of as a little sister. Del also had a special spot in his heart for his first wife’s family, and the special times they all spent together.
Del was predeceased by his first wife Carol and parents George and Beth Homulos.
Vigil Rites (Prayers) will be held at 7:00pm, on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610-4 Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 1:30pm, on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at ST. BASIL’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 604 13 Street North, Lethbridge, Alberta, with Father Kevin Tumback, celebrant.
Interment to follow in the Mountain View Cemetery.
