The Family of Christina Jones regret to inform her friends , colleagues and people she drove to doctors’ appointments that Friday night at 10 PM she died from her injuries from an accident June 17. Two months after her surgeries to her broken neck, she gave up the struggle and she is at peace at last. She had the unfortunate time in 2018 when her house burned down and then the accident on Highway 49. She worked hard as a volunteer at The Deseronto food bank gardens also the Common Garden. She worked for the Deseronto Community Care as a driver to earn a little bit of money to help with the bills. She volunteered at the Napanee Morning Star Mission helping with meals she belonged to the Napanee Branch Horticulture Group, Writing Group and Reading Group. She lived in Tamworth and then Deseronto. We are looking for donations to help with bills and funeral costs please be generous you can donate at the Community Care, put the donation in an envelope with Christina`s name on it or to Betty Harvey, 613-396-6090 or Shirley Rayer’s, 613-354-4942. A Celebration of Life will be Sunday, August 25, 2019 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. in M.J. Smith & Son Funeral Home, all are welcome.
