Unexpectedly, at home on Monday, August 12, 2019. Barbara Mary Brookfield of Napanee at age 86. Beloved wife of the late Wray Brookfield and dear mother of Jeffrey (Trish) of Rockwood and Robert (Laurie) of Bayfield. Loving grandmother of Sara Carrigan (Andrew) and Ryan (Kelly) and Simon and Connor (Elaine). Great-grandmother of Henry Page Carrigan and Rosalena May Brookfield. Sister of Albert Woods (Mildred) and the late Verna Cughan (Ray); Robert (Shirley of Perth); Earle and Raymond. Sister-in-law of Dorothy Brookfield of Toronto (late Don) and the late Leone Guscott (Warren). Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the HANNAH FUNERAL HOME in Napanee at 123 Dundas Street West (613-354-3341) on Friday, August 16 from 10 a.m., followed by Service at 12 noon. Interment Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations (by cheque please) to the Lennox and Addington County Hospital Foundation or the Selby United Church would be appreciated by the family.
