RYAN, William Herbert Joseph – It is with great sadness that the family of Herb Ryan announces his passing at the Pembroke Regional Hospital after a courageous battle on Wednesday, July 10th, 2019 at the age of 77 years. Herb will be lovingly remembered by his wife and best friend Earla (nee Schultz) of 50 years. His parents were William John and Cecilia Albertine (nee Fitzpatrick) Ryan. Herb is survived by siblings Merle (Conrad Burchart), Lilly (late Pat Donnelly), Kevin (Gladys) and his brother-in-law, Edgar Schultz (Dawn). Predeceased by siblings, Jay (Isabel), Bert (Agnes), Madge (Emerson Lepine), Alvin (Evelyn), Gaye (Leonard Lapointe), Eric (Dawn), Loretta (Tom Mulvihill), Lloyd, Mona (Bill McGuire), and his brother-in-law, Lyle Schultz. Herb will also be fondly remembered as being a very special Uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Respecting Herb’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Pembroke, on Saturday, July 13th, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. Interment of Ashes in St. Joseph Parish Cemetery, St. Joseph.
