Peacefully at Wellington House, Prescott on Sunday, July 7, 2019 Cornelia “Corry” Polak (née Kapteyn) of Prescott, formerly of Morrisburg; age 106. Beloved wife of the late Kurt Polak (1999). Loving mother of Florence (Sheldon) Oglestone of Morrisburg and John (Diane) of Kemptville. Cherished grandmother of Christine (Robin) Cumming and Melissa (Mark) Reid, both of Kemptville, Emily Polak of Toronto, Alex Polak of Kemptville, Michael and Susan Oglestone of Osgoode. Dearest great-grandmother of Sterling Reid and Mason Cumming, both of Kemptville and eight more. Predeceased by her parents Lijsje (née VanderKolm) and Cornelis Kapteyn and her brother-in-law, Hans.

Memorial service to be held at Lakeshore Drive United Church, Morrisburg on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment at Fairview Cemetery, Mariatown.
